Onda V972 to feature quat core Allwinner processor

Onda V972 wil be the first chinese android tabled which will come with the new Allwinner A31 quad core processor. I am sure it will be a nice boost in performance and the tablet will be able to sattisfy the needs of nerdy customers. It will also come with 8 core GPU, 2GB of RAM and Android 4.1 with an optional later upgrade to Android 4.2. Release is planned in mid December.

Representing the Pipo U1 - First Dual-core Jelly Bean Chinese Android Tablet

Waiting for The Jelly Bean Chinese Android Tablet is over. Pipo U1 is the first 7-inch Dual-core Android 4.1 tablet from China. it is avaliable today on may web stores. Pipo is a large Taiwanese owned OEM manufacturer. Quality shouldn't be a problem since their main supplier is Rockchip. We can also expect some good support from them as well.
The only problem is that the initial version comes without the HDMI. If you need one you will have to wait some more time fot the ext model to arrive.

Ainol Novo 7 Flame

Today we will be presenting the Ainol Novo 7 Flame. It is a representative ot a new dual core CPU chinese androit tablet devices.
It features Amlogic 8726-M6, 1.5GHz, Cortex-A9 dual core wihich is accompanied by Mali-400 GPU. This combination provides high speed performance and operation.
Android 4.0.4 ICS is preinstalled on this tablet and  1GB (DDR 3) of RAM with 16GB Nand Flash sotrage provides enough free space to install many applications.

Chinese Android Tablet

On this page we will be discussing very attractive Android tablets produced in China. Mass production of such devices started a few years ago but the quality was very poor. Now we have some very strong contenders in market. Devices are getting better and better, build quality is good and the performance is increasing as well.

The whole point of starting this page is my order of Onda Vi40 Elite tablet which should come to my address in a few days. I will be then updating you with my experience.

In the beginning they were using very weak CPUs and chipsets. Checking device’s performances now, you can see that they are offering very decent features for reasonable amount of money. On this site we will focus on devices that cost around 200$ margin. Tor this money you can get a decent 9,7”, 1024*768 capacitive multi touch screen with 8GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, full sized USB and so on. These new devices feature a new version of A8 Cortex CPU, called the Allwinner 10 which can hardware decode the newest HD video standard with ease together with the Mali 400 graphics adapter. If you don’t want to spend such amount of money, you can get a 7” version, offering the same CPU and chipset for 110-140$.

What is common to all this devices that they include HDMI port which can be easily used to connect to your home cinema system or HDTV TV set.
